Gérer et consolider les dépenses R&D et CAPEX du projet sous l'autorité du Project Economics Manager (PEM), piloter les plans d'action pour atteindre les objectifs budgétaires assignés.
• Établir et consolider le statut des dépenses projet (R&D, CAPEX, make/buy, ED&D fournisseurs, PSO)
• Construire la vision pluriannuelle des dépenses et les découpages (annuel, par projet, par région)
• Piloter les plans d'action de convergence budgétaire avec Engineering, GPSC et Purchasing
• Gérer le budget annuel projet (suivi réel vs budget, forecasts mensuels/annuels, coûts indirects)
• Contrôler et valider les workflows de dépenses R&D + investissements
• Préparer l'entrée en série : compilation des dépenses résiduelles, transfert au Serial Life Team
• Formaliser les retours d'expérience et les règles de gestion dans VEMO/RD3C
1 à 3 ans — Diplôme Finance, Économie ou École d'Ingénieur. Expérience en environnement R&D/CAPEX controlling. Interface avec organisations techniques (R&D, Engineering, Finance, équipes projet).
• Consolidation financière, analyse des écarts (variance analysis), reporting
• Contrôle budgétaire R&D et CAPEX (make/buy, launching costs, ED&D, PSO)
• Gestion des risques & opportunités (R&O portfolio)
• Forecasting mensuel et annuel, suivi réel vs budget
• Connaissance du secteur automobile (industrie)
• Outils : SAP, Pack Office (Excel avancé)
