Job Description

Our client is an automotive company that is looking to build a modern and international Motor City.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project cycle from planning and designing, execution, monitoring and controlling, up to the completion of the project.
• Planning for project orientation, concept, format, transportation and operation of the Motor City. 
• Maintain a positive relationship with various stakeholders, vendors and contractors to ensure project schedule, budget and operational standards are met.
• Support senior management and group decision making. 
• Effectively utilize staff and resources, and set organizational models that fit the project requirement.
• Lead by example to safeguard against project and construction risks.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Over 10 years experience in city complex projects.
• Experience in project planning, construction, operation overseas is preferable.
• Hands-on experience with project (business area of 100 thousand square meters or above) in advance cities such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan is an advantage.
• Candidates with knowledge in building facilities such as manufacturing, scientific research, education, finance, medical and entertainment will be considered.
• Willing to travel.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
