Job Description

As a Project Director at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams that foster a strong sense of achievement. You will play a key leadership role on major hyperscale data centre developments, building trusted client relationships while driving successful project outcomes across complex construction programs.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Lead the PMC team delivering a hyperscale data centre campus, serving as the primary client interface.
• Drive project execution across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery against schedule, budget, quality, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Establish strong governance, reporting and project controls processes.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, issues, change control and commercial performance.
• Foster collaboration across clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Champion continuous improvement, best practice and high-performance delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and successful project outcomes.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have 10+ years' experience leading major capital projects, construction programs or PMCs.
• Have delivered hyperscale data centres, mission-critical facilities or other highly complex construction projects.
• Possess strong knowledge of design, construction, MEP systems, health and safety, commissioning and handover.
• Have successfully led large multidisciplinary project teams in complex stakeholder environments.
• Have strong commercial, contractual, risk management and project controls expertise.
• Are experienced in managing executive-level client relationships.
• Hold a degree, or equivalent experience, in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Are an excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
