Your role

• Lead and positively influence the project organisation by consistently demonstrating AtkinsRéalis core values of Safety, Integrity, Collaboration and Innovation in day-to-day actions.
• Shape and deliver a clear, strategic program that enables successful completion of the EPC scope for the CI-BOP design across three sites.
• Take overall ownership of project delivery, guiding and supporting teams to achieve outcomes aligned with safety, quality, schedule, cost and contractual commitments.
• Develop and align project scopes and deliverables in a way that supports the broader strategic vision and enables effective execution.

About you

• Bring extensive experience contributing to and supporting a range of projects, including construction, manufacturing or civil engineering.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead and empower individuals and teams, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
• Apply strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into effective and coordinated delivery.
• Offer a solid understanding of large EPC environments, including subcontracting and prime contract management.
• Bring knowledge of nuclear supply chain and materials management principles.
• Inspire and connect teams, creating a shared sense of purpose and encouraging collaboration toward common goals.
