Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project Director to lead our architecture team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall design direction, project delivery, and client management for large-scale, complex projects. You will bridge the gap between creative design and practical execution, ensuring our international design standards are met while navigating local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:Oversee multiple major projects from concept through to construction administration, ensuring design excellence and delivery on time and within budget.
• Client Management:Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Build and maintain strong relationships, understand their needs, and present design concepts effectively.
• Design & Quality Control:Guide the design team to maintain the highest aesthetic and functional standards, ensuring the design intent is realized throughout all project phases.
• Team Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of architects and designers. Allocate resources effectively and foster a collaborative studio culture.
• Coordination & Compliance:Coordinate with internal disciplines (interior, landscape, MEP) and external consultants. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Commercial Acumen:Manage project budgets, fee proposals, and contracts. Identify opportunities for business growth and project extensions.
