Job Description

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Project Directors to support our clients’ Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

As Project Director, you will take full ownership of complex data centre projects, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You will lead delivery strategy, drive execution, and play a key role in achieving strong client outcomes.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects from early planning through to commissioning and handover
• Define and execute overall project delivery strategy in alignment with client objectives, contractual requirements, and business targets
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including CSA (civil, structural, architectural), MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), commissioning, and commercial functions
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Manage planning, risk, and performance throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead contractual and commercial execution during delivery
• Lead stakeholder management activities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years’ experience in construction or project delivery
• Strong experience in data centre or other mission-critical environments
• Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, complex projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Stable career history with clear progression
• Willingness to relocate to Finland or work on-site during the week
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
