  Drive value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives across projects.

  Oversee project budgets, cost control and financial performance.

  Monitor project profitability, cash flow and financial risks.
• 
  Review and approve major expenditures, contracts and procurement decisions.

• 
  Manage relationships with clients, investors, consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies.
• 
  Provide regular updates and reports to executive management and the Board.
• 
  Lead negotiations on major contracts, partnerships and project agreements.

• 
  Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
• 
  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards and company policies.

  Promote strong governance and internal controls across all projects.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• 
  A Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an advantage.
• 
  Professional certifications (e.g., COREN, RICS or equivalent) is an advantage while PMP is mandatory.
• 
  10 – 15 years experience in project management within construction, engineering or real estate.

  Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects successfully
