The Role

We are seeking a Project Director – FMCG to lead and drive large-scale transformation initiatives across commercial, supply chain, and operational functions

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially strategic professional with strong experience in complex, matrixed organizations You will play a critical role in enabling business growth by improving end-to-end processes from manufacturing and supply chain to route-to-market and consumer delivery

• Lead and drive project rollout and execution across enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business growth and market competitiveness
• Provide end-to-end leadership across the project lifecycle, from strategic planning and design through implementation and performance tracking
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance to ensure seamless execution
• Establish and embed robust governance frameworks, including KPIs, reporting cadence, and performance tracking mechanisms
• Lead key initiatives such as supply chain optimization, demand planning improvements, distribution efficiency, and go-to-market transformation
• Partner closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with clear deliverables and timelines
• Provide commercial and financial oversight, ensuring strong ROI, cost discipline, and value creation across all initiatives
• Manage external stakeholders, including consultants, agencies, and third-party partners, to ensure delivery excellence
• Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify performance gaps, and continuously improve outcomes
• Build and lead a high-performing project management function, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience within FMCG or multinational consumer goods environments
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end FMCG value chain, including manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and commercial execution
• Experience working within matrix organizations and regional/global structures
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost optimization, and ROI delivery
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
• Business-level proficiency in English
