XR Experience for Media & Advertising is hiring a Project Designer (Production Team).

This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt.

We partner with brands to create impactful campaigns, combining strategy, creativity, and high-quality execution in every project.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Project Designer to join our production team. The ideal candidate is an Architecture graduate with a strong artistic sense and the ability to translate creative concepts into practical, buildable designs. This role requires a balance of creativity and technical expertise to ensure that all designs are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and production-ready designs.
• Collaborate closely with the production, creative, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Prepare layouts, shop drawings, and execution details using AutoCAD.
• Support the production process by ensuring designs are aligned with materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements.
• Participate in site visits to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Revise and optimize designs based on project needs, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure consistency in design quality and alignment with brand guidelines.

Work Conditions

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
• 2–4 years of experience in design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or advertising production.
• Strong artistic sense and good taste in design, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
