We are seeking a Project Delivery Team Lead to join our team in any of our offices!
The Project Delivery Team Lead / Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering technology projects that support the Firm’s operational and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Project Management Office (TPMO), this role manages the planning, execution and monitoring of technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with established project governance, timelines and organizational priorities.
The position exists to ensure that technology projects are delivered in a structured and consistent manner while supporting the Firm’s technology strategy and operational needs. The Project Delivery Team Lead works closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate project activities, manage project risks and ensure that deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Project Delivery
• Lead the delivery of technology projects by planning, coordinating and executing project activities using established project management methodologies and tools in order to ensure initiatives are delivered within defined scope, timelines and quality expectations.
Project Management
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements by working with technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure project tasks are coordinated and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Coordinate the work of project resources and support staff by providing direction, guidance and oversight to maintain effective collaboration and ensure project activities progress according to plan.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies by monitoring project activities and working with project teams and leadership to mitigate potential delays or operational impacts.
Resource Coordination & Team Leadership
• Coordinate the work of project resources and support staff by providing direction, guidance and oversight to maintain effective collaboration and ensure project activities progress according to plan.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
• Engage with project stakeholders by facilitating meetings, communicating project updates and documenting project decisions to maintain alignment, manage expectations and support effective project outcomes.
• Work with technology vendors and internal technical teams by coordinating implementation activities, system changes and solution delivery to support successful deployment of technology solutions.
Project Governance, Reporting, and Performance Monitoring
• Support project governance by maintaining project documentation, status reports and decision records using TPMO frameworks and reporting tools to ensure transparency, accountability and consistency across projects.
• Monitor project progress, milestones and performance metrics by reviewing project schedules, task completion and resource utilization to provide status updates and identify areas requiring attention or escalation.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6–9 years of experience in project management, technology implementation, or technology operations roles
• Experience delivering technology projects within enterprise or professional services environment
• Experience supporting a professional services organization such as a law firm, accounting firm or consulting firm is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery practices
• Experience managing technology projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to identify project risks and coordinate mitigation strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are considered an asset
• PROSCI certification considered an asset

Compensation:

We offer a market-leading total rewards package with the expected range of the annual salary to be between $120,000 to $130,000.

The final salary is influenced by the location of the incumbent and may fluctuate based on the qualifications, skills, and market considerations, ensuring alignment with internal and external pay equity standards.
