Woodard & Curran is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Delivery Specialist to support our consulting teams throughout the full project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Project Managers, Technical Managers, , and operations teams while playing a key role in project delivery, quality assurance, client engagement, contract administration, and operational excellence. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving forward will directly contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident working with project teams to ensure deliverables, contracts, schedules, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. This individual enjoys solving problems, supporting clients and teams, and continuously improving processes.
This position is full time in the Portland Office.
