Our Client is a business consulting firm that offers corporate performance management and IT advisory solutions, combining specialist consulting expertise with the implementation of leading Corporate Performance Management solutions. They support customers in the development of Performance Management and IT Advisory projects. Their mission is to bring to the market the innovative processes proposed by the their Partners, but also to position the best practices with the most prestigious International System Integrators.

They have a Nordic branch, located in Stockholm and are looking for someone dynamic and proactive to own the end-to-end delivery process and manage projects.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of CCH Tagetik projects, managing the full project lifecycle from planning and governance through to execution, monitoring and closure.

This role will involve coordinating the local development team, supporting clients and partners, and acting as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong CCH Tagetik expertise, ideally across Consolidation and/or Planning, alongside the ability to manage delivery teams, project priorities and client expectations in an international consulting environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for CCH Tagetik projects, including planning, monitoring, governance, delivery and project closure.

  • Coordinate the local development team, assigning activities according to skills, seniority and project priorities.

  • Lead and support the design and delivery of CCH Tagetik solutions, with a focus on Consolidation and Planning projects.

  • Provide functional and technical support across CCH Tagetik implementations.

  • Monitor project hours, resource allocation and delivery progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

  • Manage client and partner relationships in an international environment, using English as the main working language.

  • Support project documentation, AMS activities, proof of concept work and business development initiatives where required.

  • Identify delivery risks, resolve issues and ensure projects remain aligned to agreed timelines, budgets and client expectations.

  • Guide, motivate and support the development of team members, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical experience with CCH Tagetik.

  • Strong knowledge of at least one finance-related CCH Tagetik engine, preferably Consolidation or Planning.

  • Functional understanding of finance processes, including one or more of the following areas: Consolidation, Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting, or Pillar II.

  • Ability to use CCH Tagetik independently, including Data Model, Financial Reporting, ETL and AIH.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing full-cycle delivery across implementation, testing and rollout phases.

  • Proven ability to coordinate delivery teams, delegate tasks effectively and manage priorities across multiple workstreams.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client meetings, adjust communication style according to the audience and draft technical or commercial documentation independently.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong autonomy, accountability and problem-solving ability, including in new or complex project environments.

  • Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to motivate people, support team development and maintain constructive working relationships.

  • Flexibility to adapt priorities according to project needs and the wider business context.

  • Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate to Stockholm.

  • Swedish language skills would be advantageous, but are not essential.
