Job Description

Job Title: Project Delivery Manager
Location: Gateway, General Trias, Cavite (On-site)

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget execution while meeting quality and performance standards. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including Factory Operations, PMO, Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Quality, and contractors to successfully plan, execute, commission, and close projects in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project Planning & Design

  • Collaborate with Factory teams and PMO on facility layouts, automation initiatives, business case development, and future innovation projects.

  • Review existing operational processes and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.

  • Resolve design conflicts and technical challenges by proposing practical engineering solutions.

  • Lead design reviews and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and technical specifications for procurement packages, supplier RFPs, and bidding activities.

2. Project Execution & Delivery

  • Lead the development of Project Execution Plans (PEP), project schedules, work sequencing, and project safety plans.

  • Participate in contractor evaluation and selection to ensure alignment with project requirements.

  • Support contractor mobilization and ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and training requirements.

  • Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to monitor project safety, quality, and progress.

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide engineering management support to project workstreams.

  • Escalate project risks, issues, and decisions to project leadership and steering committees as required.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with R&D and Procurement teams to support Manufacturing Process Trials (MPT).

  • Coordinate and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and stability testing activities with key stakeholders.

  • Lead ramp-up and commissioning activities to achieve production and performance targets.

4. Asset & Project Closeout Management

  • Ensure proper asset tagging, fixed asset maintenance processes, asset capitalization, and project asset audits.

  • Manage project closeout activities and prepare project completion documentation for final handover.

5. Engineering Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the establishment and implementation of engineering best practices in mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation systems.

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and support development of the plant masterplan.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, consumer goods, or industrial environments.

  • Strong knowledge of capital project execution, engineering design, construction management, and commissioning.

  • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in project planning and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.

  • Experience managing automation, controls, and plant engineering projects.

  • Knowledge of asset management, capitalization processes, and industrial safety standards.
