An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead delivery of Grow Combat Strategic Initiative. In this role you will be responsible for developing the Technology Transfer/ Industrialisation strategy and plan in support of major international combat campaigns. You will achieve this through blending people leadership, programme management and stakeholder engagement across the Group.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage multifunctional teams to develop competitive and class leading programme plans/solutions.
  • Support the integrated master schedule with a clearly defined transfer of technology plan.
  • Responsible for stakeholder interface management and successful delivery of stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide clear visibility of progress, risks and delivery (schedule and financial) to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for achieving approvals to support proposals that are capable of acceptance

Position qualifications:

  • Experience in programme planning, risk management, budget oversight and resource management
  • Clear and effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Able to operate in an ambiguous environment and confident in multi-stakeholder environment

Preferred requirements:

  • Has company-wide outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of workingUnderstanding/knowledge of multiple disciplines demonstrating breadth of experience
