Job Description

B2Tech is seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager with a strong delivery mindset to lead complex, R&D-focused initiatives that directly impact our products and customers.

You will be part of the Program Management team, partnering closely with multiple R&D squads and Scrum Masters to deliver end-to-end high-impact projects.

The role requires navigating changing requirements, proactively managing risks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring clear planning and execution across teams while maintaining delivery momentum and quality.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Own the full project lifecycle, leading initiatives from initiation through delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with product and business goals.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and attention to detail

• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks

• Partner closely with multi-functional teams to maintain project alignment, resolve dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.

• Monitor project progress and outcomes, adjusting plans and approaches to address unexpected changes

• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and collaboration across teams and departments.

• Prepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency, trust, and satisfaction.

• Maintain a solution-focused mindset, seeking opportunities to optimize processes, resolve challenges, and enhance delivery efficiency

• Balance your focus across project management (~70%), Scrum/Agile practices (~30%)

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years as a Project Manager in a software/tech environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience managing software projects with multiple R&D teams involved.

• Strong grasp of Agile delivery; PSM or CSM certification required.

• Hands-on strong experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Able to act as a bridge between multidisciplinary international teams (Product, R&D, Operations, etc.).

• Advanced Excel user, comfortable with reporting, tracking, and basic analysis.

• Proactive, positive, and delivery-focused mindset; always looking for improvements rather than excuses.

• Willing and able to travel 2–4 times per year when needed.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in the iGaming or Sports Betting industry – nice to have

• PMP certification.

• Experience managing geographically distributed teams

• Technical background

• Product Management background or close collaboration with Product teams.
