Job Description

The Look Company is a global leader in large-format graphics, signage, and branding solutions for stadiums, retail environments, commercial buildings, and events. We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery & Installation Manager to lead project execution and installation operations for our Tampa location.

The Project Delivery & Installation Manager oversees project managers, site survey teams, and installation crews to ensure flawless delivery from project kickoff to final installation. This role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination, and hands-on operational oversight across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in signage, graphics, or construction environments, and will be comfortable leading both office-based project teams and field installation crews.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
• 5+ years of experience in signage, construction, graphics installation, or similar project environments.
• 3+ years leading teams such as project managers, installers, or field crews.
• Strong knowledge of large-format graphics, signage materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment with a steady workflow and evolving priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and business systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.

Compensation:
This is a salaried role with the opportunity to earn quarterly performance-based KPI bonuses.
