  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on key quality indicators, including first-pass yield, scrap rates, and rework costs.
  • Customer & Board Engagement: Represent the quality function in customer audits, inspections, and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across functions to identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence.

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience managing non-conformance investigations and applying structured RCA techniques.
  • Standards: Practical familiarity with ISO 9001 and high-level quality assurance processes.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using quality data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • Communication: Effective communicator capable of engaging confidently with customers and cross-functional project stakeholders.
  • You must hold a UK passport for Security Clearance (SC) to be considered for this role and a full UK driving licence. Please note we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
