The purpose of the role:

The Project Delivery Coordinator will support the Senior Manager in delivering Trading and business priorities through effective coordination of project activity, improved operational efficiency, and strong cross-functional alignment.

The role supports the achievement of Trading efficiency KPIs (including efficiency days) by coordinating mid-level projects, maintaining structured intake processes, and ensuring smooth execution across Digital, Pricing, QlikSense, and Master Data teams.

The postholder will coordinate priority initiatives, supporting clear documentation of business cases, tracking delivery progress, facilitating stakeholder communication, and helping maintain continuity for Trading operations.

Working as Project Delivery Coordinator you will:

Project & Portfolio Delivery

  • Support the coordination of mid-level Trading projects from intake through to delivery and benefits tracking.
  • Assist in developing business cases, project charters, scope documents, and success measures aligned to Trading strategy.
  • Help manage project intake and pipeline tracking, ensuring initiatives are logged, prioritised, and scheduled appropriately.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions, escalating blockers where required.

Operational Efficiency & KPI Ownership

  • Support delivery of Trading operational efficiency improvements and help track efficiency day KPI progress.
  • Assist in translating business priorities into clear delivery actions that reduce manual effort and operational friction.
  • Support post-delivery tracking to ensure outcomes and benefits are captured and evidenced.

Jira & Delivery Governance

  • Act as a key Trading Jira user, supporting task tracking, updates, and dependency visibility.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates across project boards and reporting tools.
  • Support adherence to governance standards and consistent ways of working across teams

Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate activity across Digital, BI (QlikSense), Pricing, and Master Data teams.
  • Support definition and tracking of ownership, sequencing, and deadlines across workstreams.
  • Act as a central coordination point for day-to-day Trading project activity.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the preparation of project updates, milestones, and delivery summaries with Events & Media.
  • Help share key updates and successes from Trading initiatives.
  • Provide clear and consistent updates for operational and senior stakeholders.

Business Continuity & Documentation

  • Support Trading business continuity documentation related to project and change activity.
  • Help ensure risks, dependencies, processes, and mitigations are recorded and kept up to date.
  • Maintain supporting documentation, playbooks, and process notes to aid operational resilience.

Skills for Success

Joining us as Project Delivery Coordinator the minimum criteria you’ll need is:

  • Minimum one years’ experience leading business-driven projects within complex operational environments.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project governance (i.e Agile, Six sigma, Prince etc)
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering operational efficiency improvements with measurable and tangible outcomes.
  • Full, Clean UK/EU driving license

It is Desirable if you have:

  • Experience within Trading, Commercial, Retail, Supply Chain, or Finance environments
  • Exposure to process improvement, business change, or systems implementation initiatives
  • Advanced Jira experience for managing projects, tasks, and dependencies.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
