Job Description

Project Delivery Coordinator | 10818 | Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months | 37 hours per week | £34,434 to £36,363 per annum (Scale H) | County Hall, Norwich

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Delivery Team at County Hall in Norwich. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of complex, multi-million-pound infrastructure projects such as the Norwich Western Link and other key transport schemes.

You will lead the coordination of day-to-day project activity, ensuring milestones, statutory processes and governance requirements are delivered on time and within budget. Working with Project Managers, consultants, stakeholders and legal teams, you’ll play a central role in progressing planning applications, managing public inquiries and overseeing key submissions.

In addition, you’ll shape governance processes, manage project communications, oversee financial performance and lead a team of Assistant Project Officers. Your leadership, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities will be essential in keeping projects on track and delivering outcomes that make a real difference for Norfolk.
