We're seeking a Project Delivery AI & Knowledge Lead to drive the development of a world-class knowledge management capability while identifying and accelerating opportunities to apply AI across our Project Delivery function. What you'll do

As the Project Delivery AI & Knowledge Lead, you will define and lead the roadmap for knowledge management and AI enablement across Project Delivery.

You will:

• Develop and implement a structured approach to capturing, curating, and leveraging project knowledge, lessons learned, and delivery insights across GHD.
• Serve as the owner of the Project Delivery knowledge management framework, ensuring knowledge assets are accessible, relevant, and continuously evolving.
• Partner with stakeholders across GHD to build and maintain robust knowledge repositories that support better decision-making and delivery outcomes.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance project performance and capability.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to shape AI-enabled solutions that address real business needs.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear business requirements, supporting solution design, development, and implementation.
• Partner closely with Information Services and other technology teams to deliver a coordinated portfolio of initiatives.
• Act as Product Owner for AI and knowledge management solutions, guiding development and adoption while ensuring measurable business value.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and help drive successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading knowledge management, digital transformation, innovation or technology-enabled business initiatives.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working with or implementing AI-related technologies and capabilities in a business environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and organizational learning.

Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 based on location and experience
