Position: Project Crew Specialist / Floor Maintenance Technician

Start Immediately: There’s no need to delay! We are looking for committed individuals who are ready to begin right away. If you have no prior experience, that’s perfectly fine; we offer on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands on equipment.
• Tile and Grout cleaning
• Performing deep clean services
• Stripping & Refinishing VCT floors to rid of damaged floor finish and reapply
• Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
• Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles
• Commercial window cleaning
• Post-construction clean up
• Pressure washing

Flexible Shifts:

We offer a variety of morning and evening shifts to suit your schedule.

Competitive Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: Starting at $18.00 per hour, ranging between $18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on your location and experience. Your hard work deserves recognition!
