Drive cost control standards, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration across Projects, Procurement, Contracts, and Finance
Who are you?
You are a structured and analytical cost controller with strong commercial insight, able to manage complexity across multiple projects at pace. You think critically, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly in fast‑moving, contractor‑heavy environments. You plan and organise effectively, communicate clearly, and collaborate closely with project teams to maintain financial control without slowing execution.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with solid understanding of cost control in large-scale projects
Minimum 5 years of experience in project cost control within construction, infrastructure, or similar environments
Proven ability to support multiple projects or programme‑level reporting
Experience working in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments with complex stakeholder landscapes
Strong analytical skills, with a structured and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating cost risks
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
It’s an advantage if you also have
Experience from data centres, energy, or industrial infrastructure
