The Client Experience Coordinator supports the University of Utah’s Auxiliary Business Development (ABD) team in the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership fulfillment, digital signage operations, and campus events. This position works closely with the Client Experience Manager, campus departments, external partners, vendors, and student employees to ensure partnership commitments and client deliverables are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
A primary responsibility of this position is the day-to-day management and operation of the University’s digital signage network. This includes scheduling and publishing content, managing software and user access, providing training and support to campus partners, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring digital signage content follows University policies and procedures.
The position will also coordinate assigned sponsorship and partnership fulfillment projects, assist with event planning and execution, maintain project documentation and proof of performance, and help coordinate student employees supporting fulfillment and digital signage operations.
Success in this role requires strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, comfort working with technology and software platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities while knowing when to escalate issues or seek additional support.
This position reports to the Client Experience Manager.
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Project Coordinator, II: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.
