The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Administrative Support Member that will provide integration support in the daily filing of all Program Management documentation.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support Member will be responsible for tracking and filing several documents, travel and procurement action in support of the Program and PMO.
Find and verify Point of Contacts information for upcoming assignments.
Interact with various team members to verify whether prerequisite actions have been completed for travel and/or training.
Track scheduling & verify that accounts have met requirements by target dates.
Identify and report missing/incomplete documents.
Create documents in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Verify & track document completion.
Create and maintain tracking documents/tools.
Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
Maintain proper filing of SharePoint document folders.
Must be flexible to assist in other tasks assigned to the program.
Able to balance tasks with competing priorities.
Able to react to emergent tasking.
Able to create a routine that ensures tasking is completed with minimal direction or oversight.
Able to work productively with others in remote locations effectively through email.
Develop weekly activity reports to document weekly tasking.
Respond to employee travel related issues at any time.
Maintain and document travel processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret Clearance.
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience.
Attention to detail with processes is a must.
Must be knowledgeable Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) as well as an understanding of Program Procurement actions and record keeping.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Teams.
Excellent with written and oral communications.
Desired:
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and coordinate tasks efficiently.
Experience with military travel processing.

Pay Range
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
