About the role:

A non-profit organization focused on transforming learning ecosystems through education technology, capacity building, and collaboration is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator. This role is crucial for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within the Youth Program The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities (Project Execution & Strategy):

  • Project Management & Delivery:
    • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the Youth Program portfolio.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
    • Develop and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders (e.g., government, corporate sponsors).
    • Manage partner expectations and facilitate effective collaboration to drive project success.
  • Budget & Risk Control:
    • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Identify potential risks and challenges, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting & Quality Assurance:
    • Provide regular, high-quality project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
    • Experience working in the Education, Technology, or Youth Development sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Education).
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Proficiency in relevant project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
