
Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Location: Poland, Krakow
This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with software engineering teams and gain exposure to telecom systems, AI initiatives and AI adoption within the organization, as well as large-scale development projects.
This position is a great opportunity to learn how modern engineering teams operate and to develop skills in Agile, project coordination and data-driven reporting.
As part of our team, you will:
Support day-to-day coordination of projects and team activities
Help organize and support Scrum ceremonies such as daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Support coordination of selected initiatives related to AI projects and adoption of AI tools within engineering teams
Assist teams in following Agile/Scrum practices and maintaining effective collaboration
Maintain project documentation and update reports, trackers and internal materials
Collect and organize project data in Excel and support reporting in Power BI
Support internal communication and visibility initiatives within Nokia Kraków
Optionally support simple scripting or automation tasks that improve team efficiency

Must-Have:
Active student status for at least one more year
Availability of 4–5 hours per working day
Very good English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
Interest in project coordination, Agile/Scrum or team facilitation
Nice-to-Have:
Basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology
First experience in:
student organizations
event organization
PMO support
project coordination
team support roles
Basic knowledge of Power BI
Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python)
Interest in telecom, software development or engineering environments
