
The Project Coordinator Strategic Accounts Programs is an entry-level project management role designed as a steppingstone toward a Strategic Project Manager position. This role coordinates projects for strategic groups and associated programs. The role provides analytical support to sales teams, leveraging data to optimize strategies, improving customer outcomes, and drive efficient processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to make decisions that align with company policies and client needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure contract compliance across assigned accounts and programs.
• Coordinate and manage projects, account setup audits, and related deliverables.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for projects and compliance requirements.
• Develop and run reports to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive growth.
• Identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions independently.
• Support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
