Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Manages small portions of well defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
Minimal level of relevant work experience required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and able to collaborate to manage the end-to-end invoicing and financial coordination process for whole goods, specializing in SOV/Milestone billings. This role requires strong cross-functional communication, a solid understanding of financial compliance, and the ability to manage complex billing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate factory receiving of serialized whole goods, ensuring accurate documentation and system entry.
  • Manage the customer credit approval process, working closely with finance to ensure compliance with credit policies.
  • Generate and process customer invoices in BMS, ensuring alignment with delivery terms and contract agreements.
  • Differentiate and apply appropriate billing practices for FOB Factory vs. FOB Destination shipping terms.
  • Execute Schedule of Values (SOV) invoicing based on project milestones or percentage of completion.
  • Issue and track credit memos and deposit invoices, ensuring proper application to customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate serialized costing and ensure timely closure of work orders to reflect true cost and revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, service, and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Navigate and apply tariff regulations and duties to imported goods, ensuring compliance and accurate cost allocation.
  • Ensure all processes are SOX compliant, maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to support revenue recognition, in accordance with accounting standards and company policy.
  • Accounts Receivable experience required
