Your role

The Project Coordinator provides essential support to ensure the successful execution of projects executed by the Operations department. In this role you will be a key collaborator in the PMO team, supporting Project Managers, internal stakeholders in coordinating project activities, documentation and overall project facilitation.

What you’ll need

• 2 + years of experience supporting projects

• Basic financial understanding including assisting in budget setting, monitoring, and forecasting
• Proficiency in the use of MS Productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in the use of Monday.com is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of Data Centre environment is an advantageous but not essential

• Collaborate with Project Managers and sub regional team to prepare and manage project schedules, documentation, status and reports across the local portfolio
• Utilize available systems and technologies to maximize project management efficiency
• Complete additional activities as assigned by management
• Report identified issues and risks to the Program Manager and assist in mitigation preparation
• Maintain project documents and ensure they are up to date and available for audit purposes
• Report project lessons learned to contribute to future implementations and drive continuous improvement
