
Under the general direction of the manager of Patient Experience, the coordinator will work on a variety of specialized clinic projects. Part of the essential functions and job duties will be to perform overall project support work, including but not limited to, file management, general administrative support, report analytics and distribution. The coordinator must be well organized and able to manage multiple priorities while promoting a customer satisfaction centric culture. A coordinator should be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders including management, customers and medical group staff and providers. Work may involve vendor collaboration and implementation.
1Support ongoing management of Customer Experience (CX) Platforms
2. Manage and distribute CX Platform resource updates to all users, management and partners
3. Assist in maintaining and distributing monthly reports and dashboards
4. Contribute to the continued maintenance of staff training materials and clinic resources
5. Support clinics to drive successful Meaningful Use performance outcomes
6. Schedule and facilitate planning sessions and status meetings for clinic support projects
7. Demonstrate ability to balance multiple tasks and projects with short timelines requiring excellent work prioritization skills
8. Engage with customers directly demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence
9. Serve as project coordinator support for cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive patient growth and retention.
10. Facilitate collaboration by resolving issues and being a trusted problem solver.
11. Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters CX improvement
12. Performs other clinic related job duties as needed or required by management
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be around $24.00 - $26 per hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Qualifications
Education and/ or Experience:
1. Associates Degree or equivalent experience
2. 2+ years of experience in medical office environment
3. Previous project coordinator experience preferred including development, planning, and execution
4. In-depth knowledge of EMR system
5. Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
6. Process improvement, workflow benchmarking and/or evaluation process.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to multilevel audiences.
8. Must be detail-oriented.
9. Proficiency with MS Office programs required: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
10. Ability to work in a team environment
11. Proactive, dynamic and results-driven
