This role focuses on supplying spare parts and components for pumps used in nuclear power plants worldwide. You will manage RFQs and orders end to end, serving as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers. Your eye for detail and organized, structured way of working makes you the ideal candidate.
This challenging position is an excellent fit if you are currently working as a QA Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Project Engineer and are ready to take the next step into a Project Coordinator role within the fast-growing nuclear market.
Your role
Prepare accurate, competitive spare-part quotations that meet technical, delivery, and financial targets
Review customer orders and manage them through the full project lifecycle
Coordinate quality, testing, and inspection requirements in line with nuclear standards
Monitor progress, ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements, and resolve issues proactively
Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure correct and timely system entries in SAP, AMP, and related tools
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented working style and a strong focus on quality and documentation.
You can read technical drawings and make a BoM and process the work
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, project coordination,
You have a commercial mindset and understands the art of upselling.
Ability to work under pressure in a regulated, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German or French is a plus)
Knowledge of pumps or rotating equipment is a big plus
Knowledge of nuclear standards is a strong advantage and would be a great asset
