Your Mission as a Project Coordinator:

Your mission is to support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring MEP project activities to ensure smooth execution, effective communication between project teams, and timely completion of project requirements.

You will act as a key coordination point between engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, ensuring that MEP works progress according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Project Coordinator:

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring MEP project activities.
• Coordinate daily communication between MEP teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Follow up on project progress, site activities, and completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor MEP installation works to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Review project documents, drawings, technical submissions, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and site challenges.
• Follow up on material requirements, deliveries, approvals, and site needs.
• Prepare project updates, reports, meeting minutes, and progress tracking documents.
• Support coordination between MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
• Ensure that project actions, deadlines, and responsibilities are properly tracked and followed up.
• Assist in identifying project risks, delays, and coordination issues and escalate them when required.

Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Project Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP projects, construction, or engineering coordination.
• Experience working on MEP construction projects is required.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Experience in project follow-up, reporting, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Good knowledge of project coordination tools and systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Additional Information

• Working Days & Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8 Hours per Day
• Location: Construction site- Benghazi- Libya
