Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer queries & aid in drafting sales proposals.
• Process orders accurately and promptly.
• Manage delivery arrangements with clients.
• Help create promotional materials for events and conferences.
• Manage project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Track project advancement and address any arising issues.
• Compile and update detailed project documentation, plans, and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
