This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operational execution for Managed Services engagements, from onboarding through steady-state delivery and renewal readiness.
  • Support and oversee project setup and administration, including projects, phases, tasks, billing, and budget structures in internal systems.
  • Maintain and govern core delivery artifacts such as SOWs, change orders, RAID logs, SLAs, governance decks, and operational playbooks.
  • Monitor weekly timesheets, utilization, and approvals; proactively follow up on gaps or anomalies.
  • Track budget burn, forecasted hours, and contract consumption across both projects and Managed Services engagements.
  • Partner with US Finance and Engagement Leads to support accurate invoicing, issue resolution, renewals, and margin protection.
  • Assist in identifying scope creep and supporting change orders, service expansions, and renewal documentation.
  • Act as a India-based operational contact for US Project Managers, Engagement Managers, and Practice Leaders.
  • Support client communications related to service performance, renewals, budgets, backlog prioritization, and reporting.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing status reports, service reviews, and executive-ready dashboards.
  • Support issue tracking, escalation management, and deliverable follow-through.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, response times, backlog hygiene, and quality standards across Managed Services engagements.
  • Track incidents, enhancements, and service requests using tools such as Freshdesk, DevOps, or Wrike.
  • Drive root cause analysis for recurring issues and partner with delivery leads to implement corrective actions.
  • Help ensure compliance with delivery methodology, change control, and governance standards.
  • Track resource availability, allocations, onboarding, and utilization across Managed Services and project workstreams.
  • Support capacity planning and skill alignment to meet SLA and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate pipelines, internal mobility, and agency communication as needed.
  • Support knowledge transitions, documentation, and shadowing to reduce key‑person dependency.
  • Maintain and enhance operational and financial dashboards covering utilization, SLA performance, delivery health, and renewals.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights for scaling, staffing, and process improvement decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize templates, SOPs, and delivery workflows across Managed Services and projects.
  • Document improvements to operational efficiency, documentation quality, and repeatability.
  • Support initiatives to shift work left, automate repeatable tasks, and improve delivery predictability.
  • Enable consistent India–US handoffs, follow-the-sun coverage, and escalation models.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, ideally in technology or consulting
  • Understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, time tracking, and invoicing.
  • Experience with Workday, Wrike, DevOps, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with US stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Provide overlapping work hours with US Team
  • Project Management certification (CAPM/PMI/Agile).
  • Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, or Workday.
