As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following:
Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, prepare presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.
Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.
Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.
Assisting in maintaining accurate project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.
Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
Providing support for large projects

This position is located in Fairview Heights, IL. Located just 15 minutes from downtown St Louis. Pay Range Data
($20.50 - $22.00 per hour)* Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate). Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
