We are seeking an experienced and organised Project Coordinator - Infrastructure to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects by maintaining meticulous oversight of project status, deliverables, and schedules. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in keeping workflows on track whilst maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.   • Monitor and track all infrastructure project statuses, deliverables, and delivery schedules with precision and analytical rigour • Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and timely project progression • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, proposing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum • Manage project resources and allocate budgets efficiently whilst maintaining cost control • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and senior management through regular updates and meetings • Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
  • Conduct regular project reviews and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement • Maintain organised records of all project-related correspondence, contracts, and compliance documentation • Assist in the induction and support of new team members involved in infrastructure projects

Qualifications

**Essential Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within infrastructure or construction sectors • Proficiency in project management software and tools (such as MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms) • Strong people skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent organisational and time-keeping abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to risk management • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate project documentation **Desirable Qualifications:**
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management qualification • Experience with infrastructure, construction, or civil engineering projects • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) • Familiarity with budget tracking and financial management within project environments • Experience working in the Middle Eastern market or with international project teams
