Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support our Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will provide coordination and project controls support across scheduling, cost management, contract administration, reporting, and quality processes. In this role, you will help drive project performance, maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects that strengthen and connect our communities.
Support Project Planning & Coordination: Assist with project scheduling, documentation management, procurement coordination, contract administration, and tracking project deliverables to support successful execution
Monitor Project Controls & Reporting: Track costs, quantities, productivity, and project performance metrics. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, and project updates for internal and client stakeholders
Manage Change & Contract Processes: Support change management activities, including tracking change events, preparing notices, maintaining records, and assisting with subcontract and purchase order administration
Promote HSEQ Excellence: Maintain project quality and safety documentation, support inspections and audits, track HSEQ metrics, and contribute to compliance with project and corporate requirements
Collaborate with Clients & Project Teams: Build strong working relationships with project stakeholders while supporting effective communication, issue resolution, and successful project delivery
Education & Experience: Technical diploma, engineering degree, trade certification, or equivalent construction experience.2–5 years of construction or infrastructure project experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and construction/project management software. Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost tracking, contract administration, and change management
Core Competencies Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to safety and continuous improvement
