Essential Functions

Develops comprehensive forms, templates systems to facilitate the flow of information between patients and practices/offices.
Develops comprehensive forms and procedures to facilitate and improve referral and patient scheduling
Develops mechanisms for monitoring of services provided and resolution of problems that arise to ensure the effective operation
Conducts staff training on any of the described form, processes, systems and mechanisms. Develops training manuals
Provides high-quality service and an enhanced patient experience.
Participates in the planning and organization of programs and operations
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Science, Humanities or related field of study.
Experience - No experience required. One (1) year related work experience preferred.
