Responsible for managerial, financial and business development projects.

Essential Functions

• Develops comprehensive forms, templates systems to facilitate the flow of information between patients and practices/offices.

• Develops comprehensive forms and procedures to facilitate and improve referral and patient scheduling

• Develops mechanisms for monitoring of services provided and resolution of problems that arise to ensure the effective operation

• Conducts staff training on any of the described form, processes, systems and mechanisms. Develops training manuals

• Provides high-quality service and an enhanced patient experience.

• Participates in the planning and organization of programs and operations

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Science, Humanities or related field of study.

• Experience - No experience required. One (1) year related work experience preferred.
