
ChristianaCare is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator III to join their surgical services/colorectal department at Avenue North in Wilmington, DE.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator III to support our Surgical Services leadership team in managing workforce operations, physician timekeeping, project coordination, compliance reporting, and process improvement initiatives across multiple surgical specialties.
In this role, you will serve as a critical operational partner, helping ensure accurate payroll administration, regulatory compliance, provider onboarding support, data integrity, and special project execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys working collaboratively across departments, and has a passion for improving operational efficiency.
The Project Coordinator serves as a key operational partner within Surgical Services, supporting strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across the service line. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) timekeeping and payroll processes, tracking leave utilization, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The coordinator maintains workforce records, reporting processes, and Workday functions to support data accuracy and operational efficiency. Working closely with leadership, the position develops reports, presentations, productivity metrics, and analyses that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include supporting physician onboarding and credentialing, coordinating FTE changes and payment processes, maintaining departmental SharePoint resources, serving as a liaison among providers and key business partners, and leading workflow optimization efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while leveraging technology and data to enhance provider and operational performance.

Annual Compensation Range $61,984.00 - $92,996.80
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
