You will work collaboratively with Project Managers, Estimators, Field Staff, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and corporate partners. This opportunity is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing competing priorities, solving problems, and building trusted relationships across field and office teams.
This role provides administrative and financial support for construction projects by managing project documentation, payroll, billing, cost reporting, procurement, and equipment rentals. The individual works closely with project teams and corporate partners to ensure accurate reporting, maintain project records, support client and vendor communications, and assist Project Managers with tracking and billing project changes and extra work.
We are hiring in either Minneapolis or Eau Claire and will move forward with the right candidate in either market. Construction experience is valuable, but candidates with relevant accounting, accounts payable, billing, project administration, manufacturing, or operational support experience are also encouraged to apply.

Target Hiring Range: $26.00 - $32.00 hourly
Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00 annually/hourly; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
