The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication across cross-functional teams. This role works closely with Project Managers, Project Engineering, Contractors, Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
•Support Project Managers in planning and executing projects across the full project lifecycle
•Maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status reports
•Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions
•Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; escalate risks or delays as needed
•Assist with purchase order tracking, capital documentation, and change management records
•Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and external vendors
•Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and properly archived
•Support new product introduction (NPI), capacity growth, and process improvement initiatives
•Help standardize project management tools, templates, and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent
experience)
•1–5 years of experience in a project coordination, project engineering, or operations support role
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Effective written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience supporting capital projects, equipment installations, or manufacturing initiatives
•Familiarity with NPI, stage-gate processes, or continuous improvement methodologies
•Exposure to ERP systems, Power BI, or project management software
