The Opportunity

You’ll gain hands on exposure to live projects from planning through delivery, working closely with a supportive and collaborative team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to build strong project management fundamentals while learning from experienced professionals — no two days are the same, and your organisation and communication skills will make a real impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day to day project activities across multiple workstreams
• Track milestones, deliverables, and project progress
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate project documentation and job trackers
• Support reporting, cost tracking, and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Certificate III/IV in Business, Project Management or similar (desirable)
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or operations support
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
