WHO ARE WE?
At City Facilities Management Australia, quality isn’t just a goal — it’s how projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently every day. We combine hands on delivery with smart systems, data, and coordination to keep operations running smoothly for our partners.
Since 2009, we’ve built strong partnerships through a self delivery model that values planning, communication, and accountability. Guided by our values — Think Safe, One Team, Work in Partnership, Lead the Way, and Can Do — we support our teams to collaborate effectively, manage detail, and deliver outcomes that make a real difference.

The Opportunity
Grow your project career by coordinating real, meaningful work that supports essential community services. You’ll gain hands on exposure to live projects from planning through delivery, working closely with a supportive and collaborative team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to build strong project management fundamentals while learning from experienced professionals — no two days are the same, and your organisation and communication skills will make a real impact.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day to day project activities across multiple workstreams
• Track milestones, deliverables, and project progress
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate project documentation and job trackers
• Support reporting, cost tracking, and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Certificate III/IV in Business, Project Management or similar (desirable)
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or operations support
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What’s in it for you
• Hybrid Model: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH for work-life balance
• Modern Workspace: Bright, comfortable office built for collaboration
• Free Parking: Easy commute and save on transport and parking costs
• Wellness perks – Flu shots, EAP, health insurance discounts, purchased leave
• Family support – Paid parental leave, caregiver leave, domestic violence leave
• Recognition & rewards – Service awards, values awards, discounts on big brands
• Referral bonuses – Earn rewards through our Employee Referral Program
Ready to make things happen and learn as you go? Apply now and let’s build great projects together.
