What you’ll do:
Deliver on agreed upon statement of work or contract with high profile customers.
Perform project kick-off meetings, status updates, and final debriefs.
Create relationships with our customers so that they want to continue doing business with Softchoice.
Create relationships with internal teams, partners, and vendors to align everyone to the same goal,
providing the customer with service beyond their expectations.
Perform operational tasks, including but not limited to, order management, inventory tracking,
reporting and analysis.
Recognizes project risks and propose resolutions to project teams
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and implement. Focus on automation.
