Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (F/M) for our offices in Herstal (Belgium).

In this role, you will support the smooth coordination of cross‑functional projects while handling key administrative tasks and contributing to commercial activities. You will play a central role in ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder communication, and the overall operational efficiency of our teams.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities :

• Be the main connection between Business Development, Finance, Marketing, IT, Service, and Operations functions, serving as the first point of contact for information and providing guidance on project management processes and systems

• Supervise the development and execution of comprehensive project or program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables

• Manage the efficient allocation of resources, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, information, and support to achieve successful outcomes

• Motivate and inspire project teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve project or program objectives.

• Ensure dashboards are up to date and of the right quality for regular senior-level meetings, including the preparation of papers, and manage the portfolio risks & issues register

• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating positive relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project or program goals

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial resources, generating regular reports for senior management to offer insights into project health, progress, and areas for improvement

What will convince us :

• Scientifical Academic background (Master’s degree or PhD) is highly valued, especially in disciplines supporting project, operational, or technical environment

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in project or program management roles, demonstrating successful delivery of complex initiatives

• Commercial mindset, with the ability to understand client needs, support Business Development activities, and contribute to value‑driven project decisions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, capable of aligning projects with broader organizational objectives

• Proven capacity to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment

• High flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and timelines

• Proven software skills in project management tools

• Fluent in English
