About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage operational coordination and data workflows for a large-scale industrial video data collection program. This role will serve as the central coordination point between field teams, quality teams, and project stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and seamless data management throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling large datasets, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving operational excellence in high-volume projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities across multiple Project Associates operating at different collection sites.
  • Track project progress, collection targets, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage ingestion, organization, validation, and tracking of large-scale video datasets and metadata.
  • Maintain master trackers for collection status, device allocation, participant records, and delivery progress.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of uploaded data before transferring it to downstream annotation teams.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and identify missing, duplicate, or corrupted data.
  • Generate daily and weekly operational dashboards and project reports.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across field teams, QA teams, and project leadership.
  • Manage equipment allocation, inventory tracking, and logistics planning.
  • Support planning of collection schedules, workforce deployment, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, SLAs, and client delivery commitments.
  • Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and data quality.

Required Skills

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with large datasets and operational reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations management, data operations, or AI/ML data projects.
  • Experience managing high-volume datasets (video, image, or audio data) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with AI data operations, annotation programs, or large-scale data collection projects will be an added advantage.
