Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate project timelines and workflows to meet client deadlines.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain organized project documentation and track progress.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and provide timely follow-up.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and team members.
• Utilize a suite of software products to streamline operations.
• Support sales efforts by providing quotes and product information.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of permits
• Manage a suite of marketing products that generate leads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• A positive demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• 2+ years of experience in the sign and graphics industry
