
A typical day as a Project Coordinator might include:
1. Coordinate activities as necessary to meet project and program objectives.
2. Work independently to manage small projects and assist with large cross-divisional projects.
3. Create and maintain project files and project tracking records.
4. Build relationships and serve as a principal liaison between program participants, internal and external business partners, and other key stakeholders on day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
5. Drive consensus decisions among project stakeholders and team members.
6. Audit and report compliance with applicable processes.
7. Assist with creating presentations and reports to management.
8. Suggest program changes or improvements and partner with key members to drive continuous improvement and change management.
9. Proactively communicate across ES and various corporate departments.
10. Understand, create, simplify.
11. Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Up to two years related experience
Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional coordination, organization, and administrative skills
Attention to detail
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Ability to learn technical concepts
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Visio

Pay Range
$29.18 - $43.08 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
