Job Description

DURABUILT COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS – Edmonton, AB

Durabuilt Commercial Solutions is a rapidly growing contractor specializing in high-quality commercial glazing systems. We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex projects from contract award to final close-out.
If you have a deep technical understanding of commercial glazing systems (curtain wall,storefront etc.)and the drive to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Management: Lead multiple commercial glazing projects, ensuring all phases meet quality and safety standards.
  • Contract & Design Review: Analyze contracts, architectural drawings, and shop specifications to ensure precise execution.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage fabrication schedules, material procurement, and site deliveries to keep projects moving.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, consultants, and internal fabrication/installation teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Meticulously track project budgets, labor costs, and change orders.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and manage the deficiency/close-out process.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically within the commercial glazing industry (Required).
  • Technical Expertise: Robust knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and entrance systems.
  • Blueprint Proficiency: Professional-level ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of coordinating fabrication teams and site installation crews.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
