2–5 years of experience in project coordination or engineering program support
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or other relevant engineering disciplines
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret data and provide insights for business decisions
Support end-to-end project coordination activities across multiple teams
Analyze engineering and operational data to generate reports and dashboards
Prepare presentations and reports for internal and leadership reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Communicate project updates and support documentation and status reporting
