Overview:

Xerox is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Global Business Services team in Cebu, Philippines. In this role, you will coordinate deployment projects, collaborate with global stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of equipment and services. You will also contribute to process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate multiple deployment projects, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and customer requirements are met.
• Manage installation schedules, equipment deliveries, order tracking, and deployment documentation to support accurate billing and service delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, supply chain teams, and global stakeholders, including facilitating meetings and communicating project updates.
• Identify project risks, resolve scheduling and delivery issues, and escalate concerns to maintain project progress.
• Support change management, process documentation, continuous improvement, and opportunities to streamline workflows through automation.

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 3 years of collective professional experience, preferably in project management, supply chain, logistics, order management, or related roles involving transferable project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, automation, and AI applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and identify potential risks.
• Understanding project management principles, supply chain operations, change management, and processing documentation.
